New mobile phones and devices have expanded the capabilities of what is possible to deliver to your on-the-go workforce. New support for HTML5 as well as support for MP4, Acrobat PDF, and Microsoft Word and Excel, have increased the usefulness of these devices to store training and reference materials.
What lacks in the market is a tool for corporations that manages this information in an easy to use and corporate-friendly manner. TestTrack has embraced the HTML5 format and can create courses that work on a variety of mobile devices.
And for users who operate in environments not always connected to the internet we have launched TTLMS Turbo, a tool that synchronizes you training and reference libraries to user devices on an enterprise level. Administrators manage materials via our user-friendly hosted solution, and users download their assigned materials with a single click on the device. TTLMS Turbo is available in the Apple iTunes store and supports the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad platforms.

A professional society needs to provide training for their members. Current instructor-led classes are successful but expensive. The flexibility and cost savings of online e-learning is desired. Due to the nature of the work, desktops computers are not available at most locations.
Training is to be developed using TestTrack Learning Management System. Users can be bulk-loaded or self-registered into the system. Training can be completed at a desktop, if convenient, or synced to an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad using the TTLMS Turbo™ application, which is based on SiteClone™. Training is completed while disconnected from the LMS and synced when back online. Client is expected to bring down costs while increasing the volume of training.
An international pharmaceutical company needed to manage and distribute a large amount of interactive training materials and videos to a mobile sales force, and more immediate access was desired than a laptop could provide. Control over whom had access to the materials and a need to regularly update remote content with little effort presented further challenges to the company.
SiteClone™ was used with TestTrack Mobile Manager to distribute and track the training materials to several thousand iPod Touches that were purchased by the client and given to the sales force. After signing on, users were able to update their devices with the latest materials by clicking a single button. Content access was controlled and accounts could be deactivated as needed. A successful and well-received launch provided the client with an easy way to distribute and control training materials for a low cost.
A client needs an alternative to their existing catalog using mobile technology to keep data current and organized. Distributors and salespeople need a portable, easy-to-use system that can answer quick questions while on the go, without contacting sales support or even requiring a laptop.
Leveraging an existing product database and image library, a custom export is being developed that can be synchronized to an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. The solution can be packaged as an iTunes available application, based on SiteClone™ technology, or utilize the already available SiteClone™ Browser. The client is expected to increase availability of product information, allowing salespeople and distributors to function more efficiently.
